Meet Chandler

A local's eye.
A marketer's instinct.

I grew up between the bay and the Gulf. I learned to drive on the Ringling Causeway and watched this city become one of the most sought-after coastlines in the country.

Today I help buyers find homes worth coming home to, and help sellers present their property the way it deserves to be seen. Luxury here isn't just square footage. It's the right light at sunset, the right dock depth and the right street. I know which ones those are because I've lived on them.

I also love the business side of this business. The negotiating, the strategy, the launch. That's why I'm building an academy to teach other agents how to do it too.
